Service #1: Bank to Bank Money Transfer

What is bank to bank money transfer?

Bank to bank, also known as wire transfer or credit transfer is a method of sending money from one bank account to another, electronically or simply through computer­based systems.

How soon will my money be transferred?

Money sent through Peramax’ bank to bank service is credited on the same day.

However, there are cutoff times that are imposed by each bank. Depending on the time of your transaction with us and the cutoff time of your recipient’s bank in the Philippines,remittances that did not reach the cut­off time will be credited on the next banking day.

To which Philippine banks can I send money to?

You can send money to any Philippine bank. We also have partnerships with BPI, BDO, PNB, Chinatrust, Metrobank and Landbank making it easier for you to send money to the Philippines if you have accounts in any of these partner banks.

Service #2: Door to Door Money Transfer

What is door to door money transfer?

Door to door money transfer is a method of money through a courier who personally delivers the cash to the recipient’s doorstep or any specified address such as office or school.

How soon will my money be delivered?

The door to door delivery process will commence once the money is credited into our account. The estimated delivery periods are the following.

24 hours within Metro Manila
36 hours to nearby provinces
48 hours delivery to remote places
There are no deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. and Philippine holidays.

Who will deliver the money to the recipient?

Peramax has its own in-house trusted courier service but it also employs the help of third party courier services for deliveries outside Metro Manila. We take full responsibility for making sure that your money is delivered to the intended recipient complete and on time.

What if the recipient is not at home?

Our courier service will return undelivered remittances and we will inform you of such instances. A second delivery attempt will be made but if the recipient is still not in the specified address during the time of the second delivery, we will advise you to get in touch with us for proper handling of the remittance.

Service #3: Cash Pick Up

How does cash pick up work?

Cash pick up involves the recipient going to any of the Peramax specified pick up points. Cash pick up can be done 30 minutes after processing the transaction which takes place after the money is credited to our account.

What are the Peramax pick up points?

Pick-up point includes any branch of M Lhuillier, PNB, BDO, and Cebuana Lhuillier. The recipient needs to present a valid ID in order to pick up money from these designated pick up points.

BDO – Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PND – Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
M Lhuillier – Please refer to the specific branch for operating hours
Cebuana Lhuillier – Please refer to the specific branch for operating hours
Can the recipient send a representative to pick up the money on his/her behalf?

It depends on the pick up point but in general and for security purposes, pick up of money remittances is only allowed if done by the intended recipient himself/herself.
